Watermelon!
My new friend/training partner has got me hooked on watermelon. It's like little bites of heaven after a long soak in the hot tub, or as a late night snack when you're craving something sweet. Succulent, juicy, and bonus - full of good stuffs like vitamins and lycopene. She even cuts it up for me and brings it over to my house in tupperwares. How cool is that?
In return, I give her grapefruits. And training advice. And random bottles of fiber that I don't use. Ah friendship.
